Who are they?
Denhay Farms is located in the heart of the Marshwood Vale just outside Bridport in West Dorset. Following the traditional West Country Cycle, they produce rinded and block farmhouse cheddar from their own milk, including the Award winning 2kg Dorset Drum mini-truckle. Denhay Farms also produce a range of premium quality pork products including Air Dried ham, Dry Cured Bacon and Cured meat Sausages.
